DRÖHN
The exhaust isn't built yet — you are building it. Every piece of DRÖHN apparel funds the R&D, tooling, and dyno time behind our first valved cat-back. Wear the brand now. Drive the rumble later.
R&D & Design
Fitment scanning, flow simulation, and valve-routing design for the VA chassis.
Prototype
First system fabricated and fitted on the straight-piped WRX mule.
Sound & Dyno
Valve mapping, drone elimination, and tuning across the rev range.
Tooling & Materials
Production jigs and T304 stainless sourcing locked in.
Pilot Run
First production units built and real-world tested by hand.
The Drop
Public release. The rumble goes live.
DRÖHN VA Valved Cat-Back
A full valved cat-back engineered for the VA chassis — open it up at the track, button it shut for the street. One system, two personalities.
Prototyped and tuned on our own AWE straight-piped WRX before a single unit ships. Built to rumble, built to last.
The Mule — 2018 WRX
AWE straight-pipe. Big single turbo. Low-10s in the quarter. Every DRÖHN prototype gets bolted to it and driven — not just simulated. If it can't live on this car, it doesn't ship.
The apparel funds the exhaust. Tooling, prototyping, and dyno time cost money — buying DRÖHN gear is how the brand pays for the build before the hardware exists.
No. Apparel is its own product. The exhaust will be sold separately when it drops. Backing now just means you helped build it.
We're targeting a drop roughly two years out. The countdown on this page is live — and backers hear first.
The first system is built for the 2015–2021 Subaru WRX and STI (VA chassis). More platforms come after launch.
